This page explains how to delete your account in Nanominute, the time-tracking app published by František Hlinka, and what happens to your data when you do.
You can request deletion of your account and its data at any time, directly from within the App:
If your access to the App is currently paused because your subscription has expired, you can instead tap Delete Account at the bottom of the "Access Paused" screen.
If you have any trouble with either of these steps, or would like to request deletion of your account without using the App, contact us at francis@nanominuteapp.com and we will delete your account for you.
When you delete your account, we permanently delete your account profile and your time-tracking data, including your activities and goals.
Some information is not deleted immediately, or at all:
For more detail on how we handle your data, see our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
Deleting your Nanominute account does not cancel a subscription purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play. This is how subscriptions work on both platforms — billing and cancellation are handled entirely by the app store you subscribed through, and it isn't something we can change or do on your behalf. You need to cancel it separately:
See Section 8 of our Terms of Use for more on subscriptions, cancellation and refunds.
If you have any questions about this process, or would like to request deletion of your account another way, email us at francis@nanominuteapp.com.
